Ensuring compliance with NFPA and NOM-002-STPS standards **Position Objective** Supervise the proper execution of maintenance on fire protection systems, ensuring that both the pumping system and the detection and suppression network operate in accordance with safety standards and current regulations (**NFPA 20, 25, and 72**). **Accreditation Requirements (Contractual)** * **Experience:** Minimum **1 year** supervising fire protection system services (diesel/electric pumps, control panels, and hydrant networks). * **Specialization:** Technical specialist personnel with technical evaluation capability. * **Mandatory Documentation:** * **Curriculum Vitae:** Detailing experience in supervision of suppression and detection systems. * **3 Certificates or Credentials:** Issued by manufacturers or industry companies certifying expertise in: * Design or maintenance of sprinkler and hydrant networks. * Configuration and testing of Fire Alarm Control Panels (FACP). * Supervision of fire pump performance tests (pump curve). **Supervisory Activities** * **Performance Test Monitoring:** Supervise flow and pressure tests of fire pumps. * **Regulatory Verification:** Ensure components comply with **NOM\-002\-STPS** and **NFPA** standards. * **Compliance Management:** Validate that operational personnel use appropriate measurement tools (pitot tubes, calibrated pressure gauges, smoke simulators).
