**Field Support Engineer \- Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco :** Join ICORP! We are leaders in technology services and are seeking talent to become the cornerstone of our clients' infrastructure. Your mission will be to ensure continuous operational functionality at each branch or store. **Location and Work Modality:** * City: Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco * Modality: 100% on-site, field support. * Schedule: 8-hour shifts per person, with availability for shift rotations. * Mobility: Must have willingness to travel within the region **️ Mandatory Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support. * Education Level: High school diploma / completed technical program. * Knowledge of availability and continuity management. * Familiarity with information security and system installation/uninstallation. * Spanish language proficiency (fluent / native). * Availability to rotate shifts * Valid driver's license **⭐ Desired Skills:** * Knowledge of structured cabling (use of RJ\-45 crimping tools, cable testers). * Experience with CCTV cameras and storage systems. * Orientation toward establishing priorities. * Strong resilience and adaptability. * Ability to drive results and communicate effectively. **Key Responsibilities of the Role:** * Incident Management: Receive, address, and follow up on assigned tickets. * Preventive Maintenance: Execute maintenance plans, renewals, and IMACs (Installations, Moves, Additions, and Changes). * Documentation: Complete required forms, ensuring signatures/stamps and timely submission to Coordination. **Requirements:** * Technical high school diploma and/or technical degree in systems, computer science, or related fields. * High flexibility in working hours. * Availability to cover weekend on-call duties. * Willingness to travel to municipalities or nearby locations of Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco * 1 year of field technical support experience at point-of-sale locations * Valid driver's license * Proficiency in GPS tools such as Google Maps and Waze. **Main Activities and Responsibilities:** * Diagnose and resolve point-of-sale failures (thermal printers, pin pads, wireless and base scanners, CPUs, UPS units, keyboards, and monitors). * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computers and printers. * Install, configure, and troubleshoot CCTV systems. * Configure networks. * Clone devices. * Load system images. * Configure peripherals. * Diagnose software- and hardware-level failures. * Provide support for thermal printers, pin pads, and scanners (point-of-sale equipment) **Benefits:** * Statutory benefits * Quarterly bonus * Food allowance
