




Job Summary: Supervise the overall condition of private subdivisions to maintain order, aesthetic harmony, and the board of directors’ satisfaction through inspections and service coordination. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive supervision of private subdivisions 2. Coordination and verification of vendor work 3. Generation and follow-up of actions for incidents Objectives: Supervise the overall condition of private subdivisions to maintain order and aesthetic harmony, and ensure full satisfaction of the board of directors. Activities: Inspection visits and walkthroughs of assigned private subdivisions. Verification of vendor work related to security, landscaping, swimming pools, cleaning, and maintenance. Supervision of compliance with construction regulations. Provision of supplies to the subdivision. Management of petty cash. Preparation of supervision reports. Collection of visual evidence and inventories. Generation of actions based on identified incidents and follow-up on their resolution with the rest of the team. Follow-up on procedures with government agencies or service providers. In-person resident assistance. Constant communication with the management team and the board of directors. - Personal vehicle required. - Must reside in the eastern part of the city.
