If you are passionate about medication reconciliation and appropriateness, and pharmacotherapeutic follow-up, this is your opportunity! What are we looking for? **Academic Qualifications:** Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (Q.F.B.) or Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, with official degree certificate and professional license. **Experience:** 1 year in hospital pharmacy. **Knowledge:** Hospital pharmacy, medication reconciliation and appropriateness, and pharmacotherapeutic follow-up. **Availability:** Night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM (Fixed Shift B).
