**Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Facilities Coordinator in Cuauhtémoc, Mexico City** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **REQUIREMENTS:** Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, Administration or related Engineering degree Intermediate English desirable Experience in maintenance of buildings, offices, common areas and general services **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of the property, as well as of contracted service providers; proper personnel management.
