Requires specific culinary skills and the ability to work in a dynamic kitchen environment. Key Responsibilities and Duties * **Food Preparation:** Slicing, cutting, marinating, seasoning, and tenderizing meats, poultry, and vegetables as needed and according to established recipes. * **Grilling:** Operating and controlling grill and griddle temperatures and other cooking equipment to ensure proper doneness and desired customer temperature. * **Quality and Presentation:** Ensuring all dishes meet quality, flavor, and presentation standards before service. * **Hygiene and Safety:** Maintaining a clean and hygienic workstation and equipment, and adhering to all applicable food health and safety regulations (e.g., the H Certification in Mexico). * **Time Management and Communication:** Communicating effectively with the head chef and service staff to ensure timely meal delivery and multitasking efficiently. * **Inventory Control:** Monitoring ingredient stock levels and reporting shortages, as well as managing proper storage of raw materials.
