Personalized service and resolution of unforeseen issues **Position Objective:** Plan, organize, and oversee the end-to-end execution of social, corporate, and sports tournament events within the club, ensuring the highest standards of quality, attention to detail, and satisfaction of members and external clients. **Responsibilities:** * Planning and Logistics: Coordinate the club's event calendar and design setup logistics, timelines, and service flow. * Team Coordination: Align operational teams for food and beverage, maintenance, security, and golf staff to ensure each area adheres to the event plan. * Client/Member Service: Provide personalized service from event quotation and planning through execution and post\-event, diplomatically addressing special requests and complaints. * Vendor Management: Coordinate and supervise external vendors to ensure compliance with club regulations. * Administrative Control and Budgeting: Prepare quotations and contracts, manage collections, control costs for each event, and deliver final profitability reports. * On-site Supervision: Personally supervise the opening, execution, and closing of each event, ensuring order, cleanliness, and immediate resolution of any unforeseen issues. * Regulatory Compliance**:** Ensure all events comply with internal club policies, safety regulations, civil protection requirements, and noise control standards. **Profile:** * **Experience:** Minimum 2–3 years in event organization, public relations, or banquet management, preferably in hospitality, sports clubs, or premium event venues. * **Knowledge:** Budgeting and quotation management, setup logistics, basic etiquette/protocol knowledge, and preferably familiarity with golf tournament dynamics and terminology. * **Soft Skills:** Excellent assertive communication, strong negotiation ability, collaborative leadership, frustration tolerance, and keen attention to detail. * **Mindset:** High-end client service orientation (members and executives), proactivity, and strong problem-solving ability under pressure.
