Join a team on vertical construction projects ### **Environmental Assistant** **Guadalajara, Jalisco** **Tierra y Armonía** At **Tierra y Armonía**, we are seeking an **Environmental Assistant** to join our site team and support compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations. **Requirements:** * Experience in **vertical construction**. * **6 months to 1 year** of experience in a similar position. * Education in **Paramedicine, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field**. **Responsibilities:** * Review risk analyses prior to commencement of work. * Supervise proper intervention by piece-rate workers according to the plan specified in the authorized form (Area Release Request). * Control the quality of completed work. * Verify compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations before and during construction. * Ensure personnel have and use required personal protective equipment (hard hats, gloves, etc.). * Maintain inventory of safety equipment per contractor. * Implement cleaning campaigns in common areas. * Define traffic flow routes for trucks and pedestrians within the construction site. **Schedule:** * Monday to Friday, **8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.** * Saturdays, **8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.** **We Offer:** * Monthly gross salary of **$18,000**. * **Indefinite-term employment contract**. * **Statutory benefits**. * Job stability and opportunity for professional development in a solid company within the sector. **Apply through this channel and become part of our team.**
