




**Job Objective:** Supervise, coordinate, and ensure the proper application of the electrostatic painting process on products, complying with quality, safety, productivity, and established timelines set by the company. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate the painting team in their daily activities. * Ensure that surface preparation, paint application, and curing procedures are properly followed. * Verify the correct operation of electrostatic painting equipment (booths, spray guns, curing ovens, compressors, etc.). * Monitor the proper use and handling of materials and chemicals. * Perform visual inspections and quality tests on painted parts. * Comply with and enforce industrial safety and hygiene regulations. * Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment. * Train personnel in painting techniques and equipment usage. * Report incidents, material consumption, and daily production. * Propose process improvements and waste reduction measures. **Job Requirements:** * **Education:** Technical degree or related field in industrial processes, engineering, or maintenance. * **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years in electrostatic painting and 3 years supervising personnel. * **Technical Knowledge:** * Electrostatic painting processes (powder coating) * Quality standards (ISO 9001 or related) * Industrial safety * Basic maintenance of painting equipment * **Skills:** * Leadership and personnel management * Organization and results-oriented focus * Effective communication * Problem-solving * Ability to work under pressure Employment type: Full-time Salary: $17,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Discounts and preferential pricing * Company parking * Life insurance * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers Application Question(s): * How much experience do you have in powder coating application?
