A leading company in the private electronic security sector is seeking an Electronic Security Supervisor with the following qualifications: **Education:** Completed high school (minimum). Technical degree or completed/incomplete bachelor's degree in electronics, telecommunications, or related fields. **Experience:** * Field supervision (2 years). * Preparation of operational reports (2 years). * Customer service and follow-up (2 years). **Knowledge:** * Personnel management. * AutoCAD operation and usage (verifiable). * Electronic security systems (preferably DSC alarm systems). **Additional Requirements:** * Willingness to travel. * Flexible schedule availability. **Skills and Competencies:** * Leadership. * Effective communication. * Organization. * Problem-solving. * Proactivity. * Teamwork. **Job Objective:** Supervise, coordinate, and ensure the proper execution of operational activities in the field, verifying compliance with procedures, quality standards, safety protocols, and internal customer service, thereby ensuring service efficiency and achievement of company-established objectives. **Sample Responsibilities:** * Conduct field inspection tours. * Coordinate daily activities according to the work plan. * Identify incidents and provide timely follow-up. * Prepare supervision reports. * Address internal customer requests.
