**Requirements:** **Age:** 30 to 45 years old **Experience:** 3 to 5 years of experience in maintenance of foundry furnaces, box furnaces, batch furnaces, etc. **Education:** Engineering degree (completed) **Responsibilities:** Execute assigned maintenance programs Inspect equipment operation Participate in troubleshooting equipment issues Propose solutions for equipment and facility improvement or repair Perform equipment repairs according to preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance schedules Conduct equipment condition diagnostics to replace or repair identified defects Keep equipment clean after repairs Maintain a clean and orderly workplace Carry out autonomous maintenance tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor Report risks and anomalies that may affect equipment performance Ensure compliance with applicable QMS requirements and safety standards/protocols Comply with the procedures outlined in the maintenance process Ensure proper handling and use of tools and materials assigned for equipment repair Ensure timely supply of materials and tools to prevent delays in equipment and facility repairs Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor
