




Position Summary: We are seeking an Industrial Engineer with EHS experience to ensure legal compliance, train personnel, and coordinate asset security. Key Highlights: 1. Coordination of actions to safeguard asset security. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field Personnel management experience 5 years of experience in EHS areas English proficiency desirable **Knowledge:** Knowledge of SEMARNAT regulations Knowledge of STPS regulations Knowledge of Asset Security regulations First Aid / Firefighting Hazardous Materials Handling and Control Protection and Surveillance. **Responsibilities:** \-Compliance with the legal framework of the Secretariat of Labor and Social Welfare, conducting diagnostics and implementing the work plan to prevent accidents and meet governmental requirements. \-Compliance with environmental legal frameworks, conducting diagnostics and implementing the work plan to prevent environmental impacts. \-Safety and Hygiene training for all personnel to raise awareness and fulfill the training program. \-Kaizen Safety Audits conducted to prevent and eliminate unsafe conditions. \-Processing of legal procedures to comply with applicable legislation. \-Coordination of actions to safeguard asset security and prevent incidents. \-Compliance with Occupational Health legal frameworks **We Offer:** Base Salary: 40\-42 K monthly Monday\-Friday, 08:00 to 17:30 Food vouchers Savings fund Year-end bonus exceeding statutory requirements Gasoline vouchers: $3,000 monthly Major medical expense insurance Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $40,000.00 \- $42,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
