POSITION OBJECTIVE Provide operational support for distribution and delivery activities, ensuring correct loading, unloading, arrangement, and delivery of food products, thereby contributing to the efficient execution of delivery routes, on-time deliveries, and product preservation throughout the distribution process. 3. MAIN FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Assist in loading and unloading merchandise at distribution units. * Properly arrange, palletize, and secure products inside the unit. * Assist in delivering merchandise to customers and commercial partners. * Physically verify orders and merchandise together with the distribution driver. * Assist in the proper handling of refrigerated, frozen, and dry products. * Maintain cleanliness and order within the delivery unit. * Assist in collecting delivery evidence when required. * Report damages, incidents, or anomalies detected during the route. * Assist in general logistics and distribution activities. * Comply with the company's established safety and hygiene policies. * Maintain a service-oriented attitude and appropriate customer interaction during deliveries.
