The purpose of this role will be to design media strategies aligned with client objectives and ensure campaigns and projects are executed effectively, profitably, and aligned with set goals. Main Responsibilities * Design media strategies aligned with client objectives * Identify opportunities to optimize campaigns. * Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and objectives. * Manage campaign timelines and provide operational support in coordination with internal and external partners to ensure appropriate materials are received and/or distributed correctly and to meet or exceed client quality specifications and expectations. * Establish and maintain relationships with the media operations department and key partners across all media brands. * Support the execution of operational activities related to campaign delivery: setup, trafficking, launch, and optimization of campaigns. * Prepare client performance reports by extracting and consolidating data into agreed reporting templates (e.g., post-buy report of delivered media and actual spend, recorded in our media systems). * Coordinate disciplines (online and offline) that may be required for defining a media plan according to a client brief. * Monitor and ensure achievement of client profitability targets. * Be able to hold competent conversations with clients regarding media plans and tracking results. * Review monthly billing. * Control and update client forecasts. Requirements * 5 years of experience in cross-media campaign planning * Strong knowledge in activation and management of digital campaigns. * Fluency in English and Spanish. * Effective communication skills with clients and other stakeholders. * Analytical capabilities with a focus on data and profitability objectives.
