This role combines analytical skills with internal customer service, providing operational support to the sales department through reports, performance indicator tracking, and basic documentation management using Office suite tools. Responsibilities: * Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources to generate commercial and operational reports. * Develop dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) to facilitate monitoring of sales department results. * Provide direct support to the commercial team for information requests, quotations, and customer tracking (onboarding, offboarding, and modifications). * Maintain up-to-date databases for customers, products, sales, and opportunities. * Maintain healthy inventory levels of mobile devices and printers. Prepare periodic reports in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for internal presentations. * Identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities in sales behavior. * Track customer requests and coordinate communication with relevant departments. * Support automation or simplification of processes using basic Office suite tools. * Knowledge and Skills: Data analysis: database management, information interpretation, basic statistical analysis, report generation. Sales and customer service: effective communication, customer tracking, understanding of the commercial cycle. Office suite (basic–intermediate level): Excel: tables, filters, charts, basic formulas. PowerPoint: creation of executive presentations. Word: document writing and formatting. * Results-oriented critical thinking. * Organization, attention to detail, and document control. * Ability to work toward objectives and manage multiple simultaneous requests.
