Responsibilities: * Perform **analysis** of information in the **credit application**. * Ensure credit is granted to potential customers. * Detect fraud risks or errors in documentation. * Read and interpret the credit bureau report. * Validate that documents are reliable and have security safeguards. * **Data verification.** * Determine applicants’ repayment capacity. * Make decisions regarding deviations from established policies and procedures. * **In-person customer service at reception** **Requirements:** --------------- Requirements * Academic background: incomplete or completed bachelor’s degree. * Work experience: 1 year in automotive, mortgage, or consumer credit analysis. * Basic Excel / Basic LibreOffice (Excel spreadsheet navigation, inserting rows/columns, basic formulas). * Spelling and writing skills. **Work location**: Laudex Corporate Office (Bosque de las Lomas, Cuajimalpa, CDMX) **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, 11:00 am to 8:00 pm; Saturdays, 9:00 am to 2:00 pm **We offer:** Base salary + monthly performance bonus.
