**CORRUGATING MACHINE OPERATOR** **Operation and Process Control** · Prepare and mount paper reels onto the Mill Roll Stands. · Perform secure and efficient splices. · Operate main equipment: Single Facer, Preheaters, Glue Unit, Double Facer, Slitter Scorer, NC Cutter, and Stacker. · Adjust operating parameters: temperatures, pressures, line speed, adhesive application. · Verify that corrugated board meets specifications (flute profile, glue bond, flatness, moisture content, strength). **Quality and Documentation** · Record operating parameters, incidents, and downtime in designated forms. · Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of the product. · Report quality deviations to the supervisor. **Basic Maintenance and Housekeeping** · Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance on rollers, tables, glue application zones, and critical points. · Light lubrication, minor adjustments, removal of accumulated paper. **Safety and Order** · Comply with industrial safety procedures. · Maintain order in both the wet and dry areas. · Use personal protective equipment correctly. **Coordination and Operational Support** · Coordinate with assistants and helpers for order changes, cleaning, and material handling. · Assist with loading/unloading reels as needed. **WE OFFER** * Competitive salary * Statutory benefits * Monday to Friday schedule * Direct employment by the company Job type: Full-time Salary: $13,000.00 – $18,000.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Option for indefinite-term contract Workplace: Onsite employment
