Job Summary: Security Guard to ensure the safety of employees, visitors, and real estate assets within a private corporate facility. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure the physical safety of employees and visitors. 2. Conduct patrols and identify anomalies in the facilities. 3. Remain vigilant and support compliance with security policies. Join our team as a **Corporate Security Guard** and become part of this great family — we’re looking for you! **Job Objective:** Monitor compliance with organizational policies to ensure the safety and protection of employees’ and visitors’ physical integrity within the corporate facility, as well as safeguard the organization’s real estate assets. **Requirements:** * Minimum education: Completed secondary school * Minimum 1 year of security experience. * Flexible availability for work schedules. **Responsibilities:** * Support enforcement of security policies. * Ensure the physical safety of employees. * Report to the assigned workplace on time and in proper condition, providing security and safeguarding the designated area. * Remain vigilant throughout the entire work shift, identifying anomalies in assigned areas and never abandoning the post. * Monitor all personnel entering and exiting the premises. * Conduct facility patrols to ensure their security and protection. **What We Offer:** * Statutory Benefits (IMSS, Christmas Bonus, Vacation, etc.) \+ **Free Cafeteria Service** \+ Savings Fund \+ Profit Sharing * 12-hour shifts on a 12x12 schedule (two consecutive days off per week). * GROSS monthly salary of $13,000\.
