Monitor and resolve production line issues **Job Description** **Overview:** Ensure achievement of established goals in Safety, Quality, and Production. **Primary Responsibilities:** * Maintain personnel safety as the top priority. * Report unsafe conditions and actively participate in their correction. * Instill in personnel the importance of avoiding unsafe acts. * Achieve established Quality goals (zero holds, zero customer complaints). * Arrive 15 minutes before scheduled shift start time for shift handover (communication and follow-up on pending items from previous shift). * Start the production line on time. * Complete the daily roll assigned by the supervisor (material preparation, personnel registration in Protrack, timely shift startup). * Monitor and resolve daily issues on the assigned production line (Line Downs \= 0, C\-Holds, Reworks \= 0, Scale downs, Line clarification, etc.). * Be available to support after shift hours if any pending items remain unresolved during the shift. * Implement "First In, First Out" (FIFO) principles. * Follow up on orders from the previous shift. * Ensure personnel remain logged into Protrack and make required updates for each work order. * Meet established time standards for each operation (packaging, component placement, sealing). * Follow established methods (use of tray for first sample, use of spacer with start\-end sequence, use of cones, etc.). * Maintain continuous processing on the assigned line. * Foster teamwork. * Always treat coworkers with respect (core values). * Promote a positive work environment. * Adhere to company policies and regulations. **Required Knowledge:** * Minimum 1 year of production experience * Knowledge of Quality criteria * Personnel management experience * Software skills: Office Windows: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. * AS400 knowledge * English proficiency: 80% **Skills:** * Communication * Teamwork * Proactivity * Results orientation * Leadership * Working under pressure **Education:** High school diploma or technical degree.
