Requires completion of secondary education and 1 year of similar experience. **Job Description** **General Objective:** Ensure achievement of established goals in Safety, Quality, and Production. **RESPONSIBILITIES / FUNCTIONS:** * Knowledge of more than 2 production areas. * Opens DHR paperwork, etc. * Verifies product labeling against the production order. * Controls and distributes labeling within their work area. * Completed Secondary Education * Enters information onto informational boards. **Communications:** * Maintains effective communication with all departments. * Communicates orally and in writing. * Acts as a catalyst for teamwork. * Actively participates in informational meetings. * Maintains constant communication with supervisor and colleagues. **Employee Relations:** * Performs duties professionally and cooperatively. * Always addresses coworkers respectfully (core values). * Fosters a positive work environment. **Safety and Health:** * Follows company safety rules. * Reports unsafe conditions and participates in their correction. * Uses appropriate equipment, protective devices, and clothing required under company health and safety laws and regulations: * Immediately reports absence or defects of any personal protective equipment, as well as inappropriate clothing worn by colleagues. * Reports any illness or injury to supervisor and medical department. * Complies with the 5S program. **Quality Systems:** * Ensures compliance with quality standards. * Ensures implementation and adherence to the Quality Policy. **ACADEMIC / EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:** **Experience:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role. **Academic Qualifications:** * Completion of secondary education. **Technical Skills:** * SAP system knowledge. * Proficiency with computer equipment. * Personnel management. **Interpersonal Skills:** * Leadership * Decision-making * Results-oriented * Teamwork * Sense of urgency * Problem-solving / analytical ability * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities Medline Industries, LP is an equal opportunity employer.
