Food Preparation for the Restaurant** * Prepare dishes according to established recipes. * Ensure freshness and quality of ingredients. * Bake daily bread. **2\. Hygiene and Food Safety** * Maintain cleanliness of work areas. * Comply with hygiene and food handling standards. * Store ingredients properly to prevent contamination. * Use protective equipment (gloves, hairnet, apron). **3\. Organization and Teamwork** * Coordinate with other kitchen staff for smooth operations. * Manage preparation times to deliver orders on schedule. * Follow instructions from the chef or kitchen supervisor. * Adapt to menu changes or restaurant demands. **4\. Inventory and Cost Control** * Verify sufficient supplies before each shift. * Report any shortages or ingredient waste. * Optimize product usage to reduce costs without compromising quality. **5\.
