What will you do? - Preparation of hot kitchen dishes - Kitchen setup and breakdown - Storage of raw materials and product labeling - Kitchen production (meat and vegetables) - Temperature inspection and monitoring - Coordinate dish cycle - Dish plating - Deliver dishes to waitstaff in order of service - Meat inventory - Maximize product utilization - Clean work area equipment What do you need? - Education: Secondary or High School diploma - 6 months to 1 year of experience in Japanese cuisine Where?
