Accountant with ASPEL system proficiency We are a growing small business committed to organizational excellence and financial transparency. We seek a responsible and proactive Accountant to join our team and oversee daily accounting operations. Requirements: Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience. Proven proficiency in the ASPEL system (mandatory). Knowledge of current tax legislation. Proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, etc.). Degree, candidate, or incomplete studies in Accounting, Finance, or Administration. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively. Willingness to work onsite at \[insert Zone Iztacalco. Job Responsibilities: Record income, expense, and journal entries in the accounting system (ASPEL). Perform monthly bank reconciliations. Input and classify invoices, expenses, and tax receipts (CFDI). Assist in preparing monthly and informational tax returns. Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable. Compile accounting files and support internal/external audits. Generate accounting reports for management. Maintain up-to-date physical and digital accounting records. Ensure accurate cost allocation across company projects. We Offer: Competitive salary commensurate with experience ($15,000 to $20,000 MXN per month).
