Position Summary: Responsible for directing and supervising fieldwork, ensuring execution in accordance with drawings, specifications, regulations, and efficient project advancement. Key Responsibilities: 1. Daily supervision of on-site construction work and personnel coordination. 2. Schedule compliance monitoring and progress reporting. 3. Verification of proper application of materials and construction techniques. Responsible for directing, controlling, and tracking fieldwork at the construction site. Ensures that activities are executed per drawings, technical specifications, safety regulations, and established quality standards, guaranteeing efficient project advancement. · Conduct daily supervision of on-site construction work to verify compliance with specifications. · Coordinate on-site construction personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers. · Verify proper application of materials and construction techniques. · Report progress, incidents, and site requirements to the site supervisor or construction coordinator. · Monitor adherence to the activity schedule. · Prepare daily progress reports, material consumption reports, and resource utilization reports. Willingness to support projects outside the state; project in Saltillo with an approximate duration of 5 months; upon completion of the Saltillo project, new projects within the state will be assigned.
