A company in the construction sector is seeking a **Construction Supervisor**, responsible for coordinating and supervising activities related to the application and placement of ready-mix concrete, ensuring compliance with plans, quality, safety, and established timelines. **Position Objective** Supervise and coordinate on-site activities, guaranteeing proper execution of work, efficient use of resources, compliance with safety regulations, and customer satisfaction. **Main Responsibilities** * Review drawings, technical specifications, and construction schedules prior to commencement of activities. * Coordinate and supervise on-site operational staff (foremen, skilled workers, and assistants). * Supervise proper unloading, pumping, and placement of ready-mix concrete. * Monitor adherence to timelines, volumes, and quality throughout the construction process. * Control the use of assigned materials, tools, and machinery. * Ensure compliance with industrial safety standards and use of personal protective equipment. * Prepare daily site reports (progress, volumes, incidents). * Address and resolve issues related to deliveries, quality, or coordination with the client. * Report progress and requirements to the Production or Operations Manager. * Promote order, discipline, and teamwork on site. **Requirements** * Education: Technical Superior University Degree (TSU) in Construction, Civil Engineering, or related field. * Minimum experience of **2 to 3 years** as a Construction Supervisor. * Desired experience in projects involving **ready-mix concrete**. **Knowledge in:** * Construction processes related to concrete. * Interpretation of drawings and technical specifications. * Supervision of operational personnel. * Safety and hygiene standards on construction sites. * Excel proficiency and report preparation. **We Offer** * Salary of $14,000 net. * Statutory benefits. * Travel allowance when required. * Ongoing training in safety and quality processes. * Opportunities for career growth within the company.
