We are looking for: **Resident – Foreign Team Leader** **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. Minimum age: 23 years and older. **Responsibilities:** Supervise and control the execution of a construction or engineering project on site. Ensure that the project is carried out in accordance with the plans, timelines, technical specifications, regulations, quality standards, and safety requirements within the agreed timeframes. **Competencies and Knowledge:** Interpretation of numerical calculations (costs) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Proficiency in AutoCAD General knowledge of construction DC3 certification for all activities to be performed (desirable) We offer: Salary: $14,000 net Statutory benefits Per diems Free uniforms Job type: Full-time Salary: Starting from $17,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Free uniforms Work location: On-site employment
