Supervise and ensure that construction execution complies with architectural drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and established timelines, ensuring accurate implementation of the design and full project compliance. **Functions and Responsibilities** Plan and organize the required material, human, and technical resources for construction execution. Supervise correct execution of work according to drawings, technical specifications, and schedule. Monitor construction progress and provide periodic reports to management. Manage relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and on-site work teams. Verify compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. Administer the assigned construction budget, control costs, and prevent deviations. Coordinate inspections, tests, and partial/final project handovers. Manage technical and legal documentation associated with the construction project.
