Participation in commercial construction and infrastructure projects A construction-sector company is looking for a committed, organized, and results-oriented **Construction Site Resident** to join our team on retail projects. **We offer:** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Professional growth opportunity. * Excellent work environment. * Participation in commercial construction and infrastructure projects. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervision and follow-up of daily site activities. * Coordination of contractors, operational staff, and suppliers on-site. * Monitoring of the construction schedule and control of physical progress. * Quality supervision of finishes, installations, and construction processes. * Material quantification and validation of work volumes. * Preparation of progress reports, logs, and photographic tracking. * Review and control of materials, field incidents, and requirements. **Requirements:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar position. * Proficiency in Neodata, AutoCAD, and SketchUp. * Knowledge of cost analysis, budgeting, and construction processes. * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills. * Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
