Join our team and participate in the development of projects that make a difference! **Job Mission:** Ensure that construction projects are executed **on time, properly, and with the highest quality**, within the estimated budget and following established technical and design guidelines. ️ **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise construction execution and verify compliance with drawings and specifications. * Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel. * Manage **permits, credentials, and documentation** required for project execution and opening. * Identify deviations and coordinate corrections with design or project management. * Prepare **progress reports**, technical reports, and site logs. * Provide **follow-up on maintenance services** and after-sales support. * Ensure quality, safety, and cleanliness at the work site. ✅ **Requirements:** * Education: **Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering**. * Minimum experience: **2 years as a construction resident or supervisor.** * Proficiency in **AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Project.** * Knowledge of reading and interpreting blueprints, budgets, and progress control. * Skills in **communication, leadership, organization, and negotiation.** **We Offer:** * Monthly net base salary $14,000 to $16,000 (depending on experience) * Statutory benefits * Professional growth opportunities * Challenging and high-impact projects * Excellent work environment and field support **Interested?** Join a team that builds with excellence and vision!
