Essential Requirements * Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related degree. * Minimum of **15 years** of experience in **mass formwork housing construction**. * Proven experience managing large-volume projects. * Proficiency in construction processes, planning, site control, and resource management. * Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and supervising operational staff. * Knowledge of cost control, estimates, construction schedules, and quality assurance. * Immediate availability for hiring. * Willingness to relocate.
