Masaryk 275\-local A6, Polanco IV Secc, Miguel Hidalgo, CDMX** ### **100% On-site Position** ### **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Production and preparation * Prepare daily mise en place according to technical sheets. * Cook menu items while ensuring presentation, temperature, and flavor. * Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth kitchen expediting. * Plating and dispatch * Plate dishes according to established standards. * Deliver orders accurately and on time under the supervision of the Chef or Kitchen Manager. * Support other stations during high-volume periods. * Hygiene and cleaning * Maintain a clean and organized workstation during and after service. * Comply with hygiene standards (Distintivo H and hygienic food handling). * Wash, disinfect, and store supplies correctly. * Inventory control * Report losses or spoiled products. * Monitor usage efficiency of assigned supplies. * Assist in receiving and organizing raw materials. * Teamwork * Collaborate under the supervision of the Chef and Sous Chef. * Participate in training sessions and menu testing. * Follow instructions with a positive attitude. ### **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Execute dishes with quality, speed, and consistency. * Adhere to sanitation standards and good practices. * Maintain workstation and utensils in optimal condition. * Support the team to ensure efficient, error-free service. ### **REQUIREMENTS** * Completed secondary education (minimum). * Technical degree or diploma in Gastronomy preferred. * 1–2 years of experience in international, Asian, or high-demand cuisine. * Experience in hot line, cold line, or sushi (as applicable to the vacancy). ### **KNOWLEDGE** * Basic cooking and food preservation techniques. * Proper use of knives, griddles, ovens, and fryers. * Food hygiene and safety standards. ### **SKILLS** * Speed, cleanliness, and precision. * Organization and ability to work under pressure. * Learning attitude and teamwork. * Attention to detail and commitment to quality. ### **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** * 8-hour shifts: Opening shift from 10 am to 6 pm; Closing shift from 4 pm to closing. * One day off per week. * Weekly tips (details discussed during interview with Operations). ### **If you are passionate about cooking and want to join an innovative concept in Polanco, apply now on Pandapé!**
