Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of common and work areas to ensure cleanliness and order (e.g., clear hallways, dust-free surfaces); report incidents, absences, or needs to the coordinator; correct execution failures. Supply Management: Monitor and request inventory of chemicals, cleaning machinery, and tools; control proper use of materials and equipment (maintain records of footwear and helmet certifications). Safety: Implement safety regulations, waste handling procedures, and ensure use of personal protective equipment (PPE); maintain and verify staff training records. Maintenance and Hygiene: Coordinate special cleaning activities and report structural maintenance issues; report results and relevant situations to the coordinator.
