Job Summary: Custody of vehicles, maintaining constant communication with monitoring, reporting incidents, and ensuring vehicle cleanliness and proper operation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Active communication with monitoring at all times 2. Performing custodial duties promptly and properly 3. Maintaining the assigned unit in optimal condition . Inspect the condition of the unit. . Notify via WhatsApp the start and completion of the custodial service. . Notify emergency situations via telephone and/or WhatsApp. . Maintain active communication with the monitoring department at all times. . Submit evidence for expense verification (reimbursements). . Perform custodial duties on assigned units promptly and properly; never leave the assigned unit unattended during the designated route. . Maintain the assigned unit in optimal cleanliness condition. . Report any mechanical failures of the assigned unit. . Carry out new tasks arising from continuous improvement initiatives within the asset security department.
