Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Gastronomy * Minimum 1 year of experience as a Chef * Knowledge of: \* Proficiency in Mexican and healthy cuisine. \* Food hygiene and safety. \* Supply and inventory management. Benefits * Net salary: $3,000.00 per week * Statutory benefits * Meals included Schedule: * Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm. Responsibilities: * Developing customized menu proposals. * Managing supplies. * Preparing breakfasts, lunches, dinners, and snacks. * Adapting recipes for special diets. * Cleaning and organizing the work area, pantry, utensils, and kitchen equipment. * Inventory control and proper food storage. * Preparing food for immediate consumption or for refrigeration/freezing. * Planning and purchasing ingredients. * Coordinating special services for meetings, celebrations, or private events.
