Continuous innovation in culinary techniques and gastronomic proposals Position Profile: VIP Executive Chef Position Objective Lead, plan, and supervise high-end culinary operations, ensuring exclusive gastronomic experiences, premium quality standards, impeccable presentation, and personalized service for VIP clients. Main Responsibilities \- Design gourmet menus customized according to client preferences, dietary restrictions, and culinary trends. \- Supervise food preparation, presentation, and dish quality. \- Manage costs, inventory, and relationships with premium suppliers. \- Lead and train high-performance kitchen brigades. \- Maintain strict hygiene, safety, and kitchen protocol standards. \- Coordinate private events, executive dinners, and special gastronomic experiences. \- Continuously innovate in culinary techniques and gastronomic proposals. Requirements \- Bachelor’s degree or specialization in Gastronomy or Haute Cuisine. \- Minimum 4 years’ experience as Executive Chef or Senior Chef in luxury environments. \- Mastery of international cuisine, modern techniques, and author gastronomy. \- Knowledge of food and wine pairing and global gastronomic trends. \- Advanced English (desirable).
