Opportunity for professional growth **Cook B – Mochomos Palmas** -------------------------------- ### **Location** Mochomos Palmas, CDMX Job Objective Assist in food preparation, production, and plating according to the restaurant’s quality standards, ensuring cleanliness, order, and compliance with hygiene regulations. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Perform **mise en place** for cold and hot kitchens. * Assist in preparing dishes according to established recipes. * Plate and present dishes with quality and aesthetic appeal. * Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area. * Verify freshness, stock rotation, and proper storage of ingredients (FIFO). * Support Cook A or line supervisor during service. * Comply with food hygiene and safety standards. * Minimize waste and ensure appropriate use of raw materials. * Participate in daily production and pre-production.
