As a CBS US Payroll end-user support, you will support key personnel processes (including payroll, reporting, and HR systems), ensuring accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement across North America operations. If you are passionate about employee service experience, analytics, and improving the way things work, this is your opportunity to grow in a global and purpose\-driven company. **Your Mission** Be a trusted partner in delivering an exceptional payroll experience through service excellence, collaboration, and a strong commitment to compliance and continuous improvement. **What You Will Do** * Address and follow up on employee inquiries * Support users on Payroll tools and related best practices. * Partner with HR teams, stakeholders or vendors to support and follow up on inquiries effectively. * Support payroll\-related processes, ensuring data quality, internal standards and compliance. * Deliver accurate payroll data analysis, reports, and insights to support on-time and accurate payments. * Maintain accurate records on payroll documentation for compliance.
