**Business Intelligence AnalystBusiness Intelligence Analyst** **Knowledge** \- BI Tools: Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, SAP BusinessObjects, Oracle BI, Microsoft SSAS, SSRS. \- Databases: SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB. \- Programming Languages: Python, R, DAX, MDX. \- Data Analysis: Data mining, predictive modeling, customer segmentation, trend analysis. \- Data Visualization: Creation of interactive reports and dashboards. \- Office Tools: \- Microsoft Office: Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas), Word, PowerPoint. \- Other Tools: WordPress (web content design and management), Access (database management). **Skills** \- Leadership: Ability to lead BI teams and projects. \- Effective Communication: Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. \- Problem Solving: Ability to identify and resolve complex problems. \- Strategic Planning: Ability to align BI initiatives with university objectives. \- Project Management: Experience managing BI projects. **Development** \- Develop BI Solutions: Design and develop BI solutions that meet university needs. \- Data Analysis: Analyze large volumes of data to identify trends and patterns. \- Create Reports and Dashboards: Create interactive reports and dashboards that clearly and effectively communicate complex information. \- Lead Teams: Lead BI teams and ensure objectives are met. \- Project Management: Manage BI projects and ensure timely delivery within budget. **Requirements** \- Experience: 5\+ years in BI or data analysis roles. \- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields. \- Certifications: BI or data analysis certifications are a plus. **Competencies** \- Critical Thinking: Ability to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions. \- Teamwork: Ability to collaborate and lead teams. \- Effective Communication: Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. \- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changes in the environment and university priorities.
