We are seeking a **Supervisor for plastic packaging production**, with experience in **BLOW EXTRUSION PROCESSES**. If you value teamwork, possess a proactive attitude, and seek job stability, this is your opportunity! **WE REQUIRE:** * Completed or incomplete bachelor’s degree, or technical training in plastics. * Machinery operation: MAGIC, MECANO PLÁSTICAS, PLATIBLO, RIVER, UNILOY. **ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE:** * Blow extrusion process for polyethylene and PVC containers; operation of two-station blow extrusion machines; mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems; performance indicators (OEE); 5S methodology; use of measurement tools. * Peripheral equipment (loaders, temperature regulators, drying hoppers, chillers, air compressors, cooling towers). * Ability to lead work teams. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Ensure proper operation of blow extrusion machines to meet established production targets. * Perform mold changes, machine startups and shutdowns, and maintain continuous monitoring, control, and operation of machines and equipment. * Supervise that equipment produces within quality parameters and meets established standard production times. * Analyze and report all matters related to bottle manufacturing processes. * Prepare work orders for mold changes, preventive and corrective maintenance. * Conduct autonomous maintenance (lubrication), mold assembly, tooling setup, and screw cleaning. * Verify and ensure machines never run out of raw material to sustain production. * Substitute for the next-shift supervisor in case of absence, vacation, or incapacity. * Coordinate staff to ensure coverage during their own shift and the following shift. * Coordinate staff to maintain workplace cleanliness and order through disciplined implementation of the 5S methodology. * Maintain personnel and facility safety and integrity. **Machinery operation: MAGIC, MECANO PLÁSTICAS, PLATIBLOW, RIVER, UNILOY.** **Work Schedule:** Shift rotation · 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM · 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM · 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM **Work Location:** * Calz.
