We seek individuals who enjoy engaging with customers, possess a service-oriented attitude, and feel comfortable working in a dynamic and organized environment. This position is ideal for someone who: * Enjoys interacting with people and making them feel welcome * Demonstrates initiative and a positive attitude, even during busy periods * Is punctual, responsible, and attentive to detail * Enjoys teamwork and maintaining clean, welcoming spaces Available Shifts Fixed shifts: * Opening: 7:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. * Mid-shift: 12:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. * Closing: 5:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. Requirements * Experience as a barista (minimum 3 months) or in customer service (minimum 9 months) * Availability to cover one of the shifts listed above * Preferably residing within a maximum 45-minute commute from Colonia del Valle * Excellent service attitude * Punctuality and responsibility Responsibilities * Preparing café beverages * Customer interaction and service * Cleaning the bar, utensils, and work area * Organizing and maintaining the coworking space We Offer * $39.38 per hour * Tips * Sales bonuses * Closing bonus * 1 or 2 days off (employee’s choice) * Comprehensive training * A dynamic and collaborative environment Location: Near Parque Hundido General space hours * Monday to Saturday: 7:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. * Sunday: 9:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. Important: We seek individuals with genuine service vocation and passion for customer interaction.
