Prestigious Barbershop is seeking a: BARISTA/GENERAL ASSISTANT Location: Arcos Bosques **Job Objective:** To deliver courteous and efficient customer service by preparing high-quality beverages while consistently maintaining a clean, organized, and functional environment within the barbershop, and supporting general maintenance and cleaning tasks. **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages (coffee, tea, juices, some alcoholic cocktails, etc.) to customers. * Keep the bar area and seating area clean, organized, and well-stocked with supplies. * Assist with general cleaning tasks within the barbershop (sweeping, mopping, restrooms, mirrors, etc.). * Collaborate on basic maintenance and care of furniture and equipment. * Provide friendly customer service to ensure a positive experience. * Follow company-established hygiene, safety, and image protocols. * Assist with customer reception or service as needed. **Requirements:** * Experience: Prior experience as a barista, general assistant, or in customer service is preferred. * Basic knowledge of beverage preparation and cleaning. * Service-oriented attitude, punctuality, and teamwork. **Work Schedule:** * Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday: 10:45 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. * Thursday and Friday: 9:45 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. * Saturday: 8:45 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. * Includes a 1-hour and 15-minute lunch break. **Compensation:** * Salary: $8,000 \+ $1,000 biweekly bonus. * Additional tips from customers. * Biweekly payment. * Statutory benefits. **Key Competencies:** * Service-oriented attitude. * Responsibility and commitment. * Teamwork. * Cleanliness and organization. * Assertive communication. * Adaptability.
