




Position Summary: Responsible for maintaining and repairing the hotel's technical systems to ensure proper facility operation, guest comfort, and compliance with safety regulations, while providing support across various tasks. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintain and repair technical systems to ensure guest comfort. 2. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and systems. 3. Ensure facility safety and comply with applicable regulations. Responsible for maintaining and repairing the hotel’s technical systems and equipment to ensure optimal facility operation and guest comfort. Responsible for performing and documenting preventive or corrective maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Additionally, provides support during lighting and plumbing inspections and assists department technicians in various assigned situations and tasks. As a **General Assistant**, you will be responsible for: * Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and systems; must maintain electrical systems and any other technical equipment critical to hotel operations in optimal condition. * Ensuring facility safety, safeguarding guests and staff, and ensuring all systems affecting hotel infrastructure operate safely. * Replacing burnt-out lighting units, as well as replacing conductors, switches, outlets, dimmers, etc. * Reporting any malfunctions and maintaining up-to-date operational logs for equipment under your responsibility and for received reports. * Complying with applicable regulations and staying informed about safety and equipment maintenance regulations. * Correctly interpreting readings from measuring instruments such as pressure gauges, vacuum gauges, voltmeters-ammeters, thermometers, multimeters, among others. * Repairing any defects or leaks in sanitary, wastewater treatment, hot water, and chilled water systems. * Monitoring temperature, humidity, and pressure in equipment using various devices. **To successfully perform this role, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:** * 2 years of verifiable experience in the field. * Proficiency in electromechanical equipment and measuring instruments. * Experience in electricity, plumbing, refrigeration, and mechanics. **In this position, it would be advantageous to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:** * Basic knowledge of swimming pool, spa, filtration, and fountain pumping systems. * Experience in minor electrical work (switches, fans, motors, etc.).
