JOB OBJECTIVE Provide operational support for distribution and merchandise delivery activities, ensuring correct loading, unloading, arrangement, and delivery of food products, thereby contributing to the efficient execution of routes, delivery timelines, and product preservation throughout the distribution process. MAIN FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Assist in loading and unloading merchandise onto distribution vehicles. * Properly arrange, palletize, and secure products inside the vehicle. * Assist in delivering merchandise to customers and business partners. * Physically verify orders and merchandise together with the distribution driver. * Assist in the proper handling of refrigerated, frozen, and dry products. * Maintain cleanliness and order inside the delivery vehicle. * Assist in collecting delivery evidence when required. * Report damages, incidents, or anomalies detected during the route. * Assist in general logistics and distribution activities. * Comply with the company's established safety and hygiene policies. * Maintain a service-oriented attitude and appropriate customer interaction during deliveries.
