This position is critical to ensuring service quality, staff discipline, and customer satisfaction. **Ideal Candidate Profile** ● **Education**: Technical or incomplete university degree in related fields (Criminology, Human Resources Administration, Security, etc.) ● **Experience**: ○ In private security, preferably in supervisory roles. ○ Experience in industrial security. ● **Knowledge**: ○ Local and federal regulations governing private security ○ Industrial security protocols ○ Use of logs, reports, and operational forms ○ Guard supervision, incident control, and customer service ● **Skills**: ○ Leadership, decision-making, and working under pressure ○ Effective communication and conflict resolution ○ Process organization and follow-up ○ Basic Excel and digital tool proficiency ○ Report creation **Work Schedule** ● 4 days of work followed by 3 days off ● 12-hour shifts **We Offer** ● Statutory benefits ● Job stability ● Continuous training Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $15,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract Application Question(s): * What is your age?
