The operator reports to the production supervisor with a direct line to the *team leader.* **Responsibilities:** Ensure production plan compliance by assembling components correctly, completely, and efficiently according to product specifications. Execute activities outlined in the Standardized Work Instruction (SWI). Perform tasks in accordance with the Internal Work Regulations (RIT). Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) 100% of the time. Understand and provide feedback to upstream and downstream workstations regarding defects and product conditions. Perform TPM \& crane checklist at the station. Ensure the workstation complies with the 5S standard. Follow all instructions issued by the team leader or production supervisor at all times. Fully adhere to all defined operational processes, including scrap reporting, non-conforming material reporting, near-miss reporting, continuous improvement initiatives, etc. Report any anomalies occurring in the process or identified at the workstation to the production supervisor.
