**Administrative Assistant for the Training Department**
**Location:** Col. Los Arquitos, Calle Cosecha \#29
**Work modality:** On-site
**Working hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Saturdays, 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
**Salary:** $4,000 \+ $500 bonus \= **$4,500 biweekly**

**Main responsibilities:**
* Update and manage databases.
* Upload, classify, and safeguard digital and physical course evidence.
* Prepare official letters, certificates, attendance lists, and weekly reports.
* Verify that each course has complete evidence prior to closure.
* Support course planning (notices, acknowledgment signatures, classroom and transportation confirmation).
* Coordinate with the Logistics Coordinator to record progress on procedures and deliveries.
* Address requests from the Deputy Directorate related to reports, controls, and documentation.
* Support internal or external audits by providing information and supporting documents.
**Job requirements:**
* **Education:** Completed high school diploma or Technical degree in Administration, Computer Science, or Human Resources.
* **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of administrative support, document control, or database management experience.
* **Desired knowledge:**
* Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Google Drive.
* Management of physical and digital files.
* Preparation and interpretation of administrative reports.
