Steady work with strong motivation for professional growth BRAIN is looking for an Advertising Installation Assistant A marketing and advertising company is seeking **installers with proven field experience** for ongoing projects (not event-based only). Steady work **WE ARE LOOKING FOR** We seek individuals eager to grow professionally * Experience installing **signs, banners, vinyls, canvas awnings, and structures** * Proficiency with tools (drill, angle grinder, rivet gun, level, etc.) **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** · Assist in installing vinyls, banners, signs, advertising furniture, and any type of POP structures, both indoors and outdoors. · Support removal of expired advertising materials or previous campaigns. · Load, unload, and organize materials, tools, and equipment on-site. · Perform cutting, cleaning, bonding, assembly, and assist with adjustments during installation. · Follow instructions from the supervisor or lead technician during installation operations. · Maintain order and cleanliness at work areas and during transportation. · Comply with safety regulations and mandatory use of personal protective equipment (PPE). · Assist in safeguarding and transporting materials and tools. · Participate in additional logistics or light fabrication tasks as required. **WE OFFER** * **Steady work** * **Timely payment** * Base salary \+ attendance bonus \+ productivity bonus * Complimentary uniforms * Per diems when applicable * Professional seriousness and continuity (no “ghost” jobs) * **This position offers potential advancement to crew leader** **IMPORTANT** Only candidates with **verifiable installation experience** will be considered.
