POSITION: **JUNIOR LAWYER** **Requirements:** Bachelor's Degree in Law (Diploma and Professional License) Handling of employee onboarding and offboarding Experience in labor proceedings, lawsuits, and legal follow-up Knowledge of labor regulations and interaction with operational staff Proactivity and analytical ability. **Responsibilities:** Strategic management of employee onboarding and offboarding Follow-up on labor lawsuits Legal advisory services on operational matters related to private security Drafting and reviewing legal documents Support in the proper implementation of labor regulations **We Offer:** Monthly salary of $12,000 Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 hrs; Saturdays, 9:00–14:00 hrs Statutory benefits Job stability Opportunity for growth Work location: Gustavo A.
