We seek an organized individual with an excellent service attitude to join as the first point of contact at our branch in **Álvaro Obregón.** **What Do We Offer?** * **Monthly Salary:** $10,000\.00 gross. * **Timely Payments:** Biweekly payroll, always on time and in full. * **Statutory Benefits:** Effective from the first day of employment (IMSS, Infonavit, vacation, year-end bonus). * **Job Stability:** Direct hiring by the company. **Work Conditions** * **Location:** Patio Santa Fe, Prol. P.º de la Reforma 400, Santa Fe, Álvaro Obregón, 01219, Ciudad de México, CDMX * **Schedule:** Monday through Sunday with **one fixed weekday day off**. * **Working Hours:** 10:00 am to 7:00 pm. **Job Responsibilities** * **Reception Management:** Clinical schedule control, patient care, service billing, and resolution of inquiries. * **Customer Retention:** Follow-up, telephone/digital contact and re\-contact for appointment confirmation. * **Protocol Compliance:** Coordinated work with Supervision Management under branch quality and order standards. * **Administrative Control:** Execution of internal process audits and preparation of daily closing reports. **Required Profile** * **Education:** Completed high school or undergraduate degree (in progress or completed). *Must not be an active student to ensure availability.* * **Experience:** Minimum **1\.5 years** verifiable experience in reception roles, preferably in healthcare or luxury services sectors. * **Skills:** Excellent communication, organization, objection handling, and attention to detail. * **Appearance:** Excellent grooming, neat and professional (appropriate for a clinical environment). **Important Note:** In-person interviews are conducted exclusively at our corporate offices located at: Av.
