




Position Summary: We are seeking an Order Processor to execute procurement, ensure accurate imports, and coordinate deliveries, guaranteeing customer satisfaction across the supply chain. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage product procurement and imports 2. Coordinate and schedule deliveries to customers 3. We are currently seeking a: **ORDER PROCESSOR** Location: Naucalpan, State of Mexico **ROLES\+RESPONSIBILITIES** 1\. Execute procurement from our various production centers according to instructions from the Sales and/or Services department. 2\. Ensure legal ownership of products through correct importation procedures. 3\. Timely inform customers about equipment or service deliveries by sending order confirmations as soon as the production center provides the delivery date. 4\. Prepare accounting documents required by customers according to the transaction performed. 5\. Coordinate with production centers to clarify delays, specifications, delivery time improvements, shipment confirmations, and customer complaint resolutions—ensuring customer expectations are met. 6\. Schedule customer deliveries in CRM, including delivery instructions (time slots, contact person, address, telephone, etc.), as well as all required documentation. 7\. Support the Credit and Collections team in recovering advance and remaining invoice payments for customers without credit terms, and perform corresponding clearing. 8\. Review relevant SAP transactions for supply chain tracking **PROFILE\+CHARACTERISTICS** 1 year of experience in electronic invoicing. * 1 year in import procurement, credit and collections, and customer service. * 1 year working with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
